Overview:

Seeking a detail and goal-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team temporarily and remotely. As a Menu Builder, you will be instrumental to curating Weedmaps menus by associating retailer custom menu items to brand catalog products with speed and accuracy. You will operate within line-based, high velocity environment and deliver an exceptional customer experience whilst preserving data integrity.

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Interpret cannabis product information for Weedmaps listings.
• Help you juggle various data sources, so you can make informed decisions accurately.
  - Report menu data inconsistencies to improve customer experience
• Work with teammates to answer questions and remove roadblocks.
• Follow data security best practices and keep internal information confidential.
• Electronically review, interpret and enter data with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  Training goes up to October 2023.- Adhere with SOP and update daily progress.
• Propose changes in the processes to make sure that the work flow is smooth.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities and take direction from management.

What You’ve Accomplished:

• Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma.
  – 1+ years data entry experience – sales, customer support or high-volume operational teams in a queue-based environment
  - Excellent communicator and collaborator across constituencies;
• A quality-focused approach that emphasizes accuracy and an eye for detail.
• Strong time management, organizational, and attention to detail
  How Your Skills Will Enable You to: Take action with urgency.
• Experience with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of digital media, sales and operations.
• Background of working to daily production targets.
• Have a self-starter mentality, take initiative and deliver on team goals.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the cannabis industry or knowledge of cannabis brands and products.
  - Budtending or similar experience.
  - Salesforce knowledge.
  – Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tool

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay Range: $17.55 — $19.71 per hour.
