WTF is looking for a Remote Technical Writer to help us document our technology from an end user standpoint. If you have strong feelings about DeFi, enjoy translating ambiguous ideas, and love to write, then we want you in this role.
Your Role:
What you will doAs a Technical Writer at FIVA, you will be the most important person to ensure our users know how to use our protocol. You will collaborate with our development team to document new features, produce user-friendly guidance and ensure our documentation aligns with the newest iteration. You will help users transit through DeFi with confidence and earn maximum income with FIVA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Draft and organize protocol documentation like user guides, technical articles, API references
- Work alongside developers to document new features, updates, and integrations.
- Develop tutorials, examples, and FAQs for various user skill levels (from beginners to advanced).
- Revisiting existing documentation to ensure it is accurate, clear, and consistent.
- Create and update documentation style guide to make sure that all creator sound the same.
- Find pain points in documentation and document them.
- Collaborate with the team to translate more complex DeFi concepts into digestible content.
What We Want:
- Solid command of written English: You can write clearly, concisely, and effectively.
- Fluent in DeFi concepts: You’re comfortable with yield farming, AMMs, liquidity provision, or other DeFi mechanics.
- Knowledge of the TON ecosystem: It’s a bonus if you know TON already, but we are happy to onboard a promising candidate.
- Technical writing experience: You’ve written documentation, guides, or educational content for technical products?
- Synopsis of complexity: You can distill complex protocols into bite-sized, consumable content.
- Fundamentals of blockchain technology: You know how blockchains work and can explain them to others.
- Curiosity and collaboration: You feel comfortable asking questions, diving into technical details, and working with developers.
